ABSOLUTELY! Cleanliness is of the utmost importance. All Blushing Bounce House equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before and after each use. 

We deliver in Temescal Valley, Corona, and surrounding areas. Depending on location delivery fees can be between $25-$100 based on location address.

Blushing Bounce House holds safety as our #1 priority. There are no food, drinks, dust/powder, or face paint. Unfortunately these things can cause damage to our bounce houses. We do not set up at events with face paint because it does permanently stain the bouncers which client will be responsible for. Once you reserve your luxury bounce rental with us, we will send a detailed list of our safety guidelines with rules and regulations.

We recommend you book as soon as you know your date, we book quick!

After inquiring, you will receive an email explaining if your date is available and an invoice. We require the 50% deposit fee to guarantee your date. Your date is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We cannot hold your invoice for longer than 24 hrs.

We set up the morning of your party between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A specific delivery time will be planned based on the start time of your event. If you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pickup times are done on the same day after your event ends and planned at a specified time. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 7:00PM will incur an additional charge of $50.00 each additional hour up until 10:00 PM

We accept Zelle, cash. If payment is in cash, please have the exact amount as we do not carry change.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your event will be required book the event . The remaining balance of your  invoice must be paid in full 2 days prior to the event.

If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your non-refundable deposit and you can reschedule for any available future date. When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date. If you reschedule more than once, there will be a $50 inconvenience fee.

If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you are able to reschedule for any available future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables so we encourage you not to cancel due to light showers. To ensure everyone's safety, we will not set up outdoors if there is heavy rain in the forecast but, again, you may reschedule your event for any available future date. Please note, once set up, we do not relocate or move the set up elsewhere.

Additionally, one of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions.

 To ensure everyone’s safety, we will not set up if there are fast winds in the forecast, however, you may reschedule your event for any available future date.

You have until 7:00 AM the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone. Once the bouncer is delivered, payment is due in full. We do not offer refunds or discounts due to bad weather once the bounce house has been delivered.

For balloons we discourage outdoor installations in extreme heat or cold weather. Heat may cause balloons to expand and pop, and cold weather may cause deflation. We can not setup in heavy rain or strong winds. 

Flat ground is the primary requirement for setup. Acceptable surfaces are grass, turf, and concrete. We are unable to set up on dirt, gravel, or slopes as that poses a risk of tearing the inflatable. Pictures of the desired location setup for approval prior to reserving your event date.

Yes, the signed waiver is 100% required to be signed and submitted before your scheduled event.

We  do not use Amazon balloons or kits. All of our balloons are high quality balloons purchased from a wholesale establishment.
